Privacy & data collection

When you scan a QR code and play a campaign, the restaurant collects the contact details you submit so they can deliver your reward and (with your consent) send you future offers.

What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number
• Your marketing preferences (email / SMS opt-in)
• Anonymous device fingerprint and IP address (for fraud prevention)

Who owns the data

The restaurant you scanned owns the customer relationship. Order Loop processes data on their behalf as a software provider.

Your rights

You can opt out of email or SMS marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in messages, or by contacting the restaurant directly. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
